DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS
SET-UP TIME: Dealer set-up will be on Saturday 9/10/11 from 7 a.m to 8 a.m. There is no Friday set-up.
DEALER (HELPER):Only one dealer helper will be allowed into the building during Saturday 7 - 8 a.m. set-up. Anyone who is not identified on show contract during set-up will be charged the $10.00 Early Looker fee.
SHOW HOURS:Show hours are 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.Dealer must remain fully set-up until the close of the show at 3 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. PLEASE!
FACILITY:Show is being held in the modern, well lit Downieville school gymnasium. Dealer will be solely responsible for ANY damage to facility and must use caution while moving items on floor surface so it doesn’t get scratched or harmed. There is to be NO attachment of any kind of object to the walls of the facility. NO pets allowed. Dealer is responsible for removal and disposal of ALL items at end of show including garbage. This is a school facility so NO alcohol is allowed on premises.
MERCHANDISE:We strongly urge that ONLY antique/vintage items be sold. All merchandise offered must be priced. Any repaired, damaged, altered or reproductions must be clearly labeled as so.
TAXES:Dealer is responsible for securing/ having any necessary permits and license to sell at show and be solely responsible for the collection and remittance of any sales/use taxes to the proper authorities.
LIABILTY: Dealer assumes full responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen property/merchandise. Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all individuals assocaited with the shows organization Event and Downieville School, from ANY and ALL actions, claims, damages, losses, liability or expences assocaited with the Show & Event. Event is defined as the "BBQ/GET TOGETHER" being held Friday evening at Simiville; aka, formerly the Old Downieville Brewery.
SECURITY: Dealer is soley responsible for the security of their merchandise durning set-up and show hours. We strongly encourage ALL dealers to watch out for theft on each others tables during set-up and show hours.
RESERVATIONS: Dealer space is on a first come first serve basis. Show space will be reserved for dealer ONLY after full payment and signed contract are received. Once contract and payment are received a confirmation notice will be sent to dealer. Dealer cancellation must be made no later than September 6th in order to receive a refund.
